Quality of life. That is what my personal training is about. For me, that means having the strength, confidence and endurance to continue to do the things I love for many years to come!

You may have similar goals. My desire as a trainer is to understand your goals, design a workout that challenges you appropriately and improve your fitness so that you can choose to participate in any activity for as long as you like!

I believe a mix of cardio, strength and flexibility are integral parts of a healthy, balanced body and the recipe for this is as different as each individual. I draw my workouts from diverse disciplines which leads to a well-rounded, stimulating workout.
