Privates $65/hr, 5 Sessions $315, 10 Sessions $600
Semi-Privates (two people) $40/hr, 5 Sessions $175, 10 Sessions $300
Sessions are 55 minutes long. Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice respectfully requested.
Make way more progress on Pilates equipment and know you’re doing it right. Working one on one assures you’re getting the dedicated attention you want, especially if you’re working through an injury or rehab after surgery. I can also help keep you on track with your strength before surgery.
Work one on one or one on two with a friend to make working with a trainer more cost effective. The session will be tailored to meet your needs.

down the street from Cafe Fanny and Acme Bread on San Pablo Avenue in North Berkeley. I am also working out of a home studio on the Albany/Berkeley border right down the street from Cugini and Solano Avenue Cellars between Solano and Marin Avenues. Easy access to great exercise in great neighborhoods!
